Out of the Ordinary(2000)

A one-off Victorian Carnivalesque opportunity to reassemble the great folks who participated in Not the Way I Heard It.

We adapted traditional fairground activities into theatrical and musical episodes that involved a large number of people in super-fast and super-fun ways.

Fair Games, The Greasy Pig race, a Log Rolling Competition, a Salmon Dance, a Giant game of Black Jack, Foot-canoe races, the Dance of the Millenarians, a Bug Beauty contest …. A hailstorm in the middle of it didn’t stop anything!  It was primarily fun and festive and concluded with a supper and a giant friendship dance at the end of the evening.
